Our practice performs annual well woman exams, pap smears, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infections, urinary frequency and loss of urine, menstrual irregularities, and menopausal issues.

Contraceptive/Family Planning:
Oral birth control and Contraceptive patches.

Dermatology:
We perform skin checks and procedures we offer include: Skin biopsies, removal of cysts and lipomas, cryotherapy, removal of skin tags and warts, treatment of acne and eczema.

Diabetes and Endocrinology:
Diabetes, hypoglycemia, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, high cholesterol. Dr. Lewan is NCQA certified for Excellence in Diabetes Management.

Immunizations:
We provide nearly all immunizations for children and adults please contact our office for more information.

High blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes,thyroid problems, heartburn, anemia, epilepsy, headaches, arthritis, allergies, asthma, chronic lung disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and urinary infections.

Laboratory and Testing Services:
In office testing includes: EKG, Pulmonary testing, Pregnancy Testing, Coumadin monitoring, Urine analysis, Rapid strep testing and blood draws in most cases.

Depression, Anxiety and sleep disorders, ADHD, and smoking cessation.
