Same day appointments!
We are pleased to announce that we are now offering same day appointments for new and established patients who call before 3PM on a regular business day and have an insurance we accept or are self pay.  We do this to help keep patient cost down by trying to help them get in when they know they have time and/or help them avoid a more costly Emergency room or urgent care visit.  We just ask that you understand that we can't always offer the exact time you want and in fairness to those with appointments already scheduled, we may only be able to address the main issue at these visits.

We are happy to announce that Dr. Tim Lewan has also recently been awarded the highest designations for Quality and Cost Efficiency from Cigna Healthcare. Northside Family Medicine starts monthly newsletters!
With skin cancer being a significant and very prevalent issue with all people our first newsletter includes information on skin cancer screening and sunscreen information.  You can sign up to receive our monthly newsletter by clicking on the "Contact us" tab above BUT READ ON FIRST.  If you don't have an online consent form signed on record at our office please review the online consent information on our "Forms/Prep for visit" tab before requesting future newsletters be sent to your email. Northside Family Medicine announces extended hours.
We understand that 9-5 hours can be difficult for you to fit into your busy schedules. For that reason, Northside Family Medicine is now open until 6PM most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In addition we are now offering the flexibility to schedule appointments at 8AM and 6PM most days of the week call us to check availability!

Are You Tired of having to wait to get your prescription filled? 
We can now send almost all of your prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.  That way it should be ready for you when you get there. Another way to cut down on our paper use as well! 

We're going Greener!
In addition to using an electronic medical record to minimize our use of paper and ink, we are proud to announce that we will begin using touch screen check-in pads at our office.  While the paper version will be available we are asking our patients to start using our touch screen check in to reduce our waste. 

We have moved check out our new location!
We are excited to show you our new clinic that boasts new equipment and furniture, extended hours to 6PM and beyond on several days each week and same day appointments in most situations. Please see "Hours and Location for Northside Family Medicine" for more information. Our first floor office is conveniently located at 12207 Pecos St. Suite 800, Westminster, CO 80234. Given the proximity of I-25, the office is able to serve Aurora,Broomfield, Brighton, Commerce City, Denver, Northglenn, Thornton, and Westminster. We are located across the street from the Adams County building on Pecos (a DMV location) and just Northwest of 120th and Pecos and just West of I-25.
